Cancellations, date changes, and refunds are governed by the cancellation policy of the specific resort, hotel, airline, or other Partner involved in your booking, which will be provided to you at the time of confirmation. Zaha Travels will assist in communicating any cancellation or amendment request to the relevant Partner on your behalf but cannot guarantee that a refund or change will be granted, as this remains at the Partner's discretion and subject to their terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that you and all members of your travel party hold valid passports, visas, and any other travel documents required for your destination, as well as for complying with any health, vaccination, insurance, or entry requirements in force at the time of travel. We recommend arranging comprehensive travel insurance for your trip. Zaha Travels is not liable for any loss or expense arising from your failure to meet these requirements.
