Use the villa sizes to compare overall space; they do not necessarily represent enclosed bedroom space alone. Standard villas accommodate up to three adults or two adults and two children. Two-bedroom residences accommodate up to six adults or four adults and four children.

The two-bedroom residences have one king bed and two single beds, with additional sleeping arrangements needed for larger groups. Give us the ages of everyone travelling and we’ll arrange the appropriate bedding and include any supplements in your quotation.

How to narrow the choice

  • Direct beach access: compare a Beach Villa with a Beach Pool Villa, depending on whether you will use a private pool.
  • An overwater stay: decide between a jacuzzi, hammock or swimming pool before comparing prices. These are different experiences, not interchangeable amenities.
  • Time together in your villa: a larger terrace or private pool may matter more than the lowest room rate.
  • A larger family or group: compare a two-bedroom residence with separate villas, including the sleeping arrangements and total package cost.

For families with young children, a beach villa can make getting to the sand more convenient. We’ll help you assess the villa layout for your family. Children need close supervision around both private pools and overwater decks.

Combine a beach villa with an overwater stay

You do not necessarily have to choose one setting for your entire holiday. For example, ask us to price four nights in a Beach Villa followed by two nights in a Sunrise or Sunset Ocean Pool Villa.
