Alessia Zecchini: Redefining Human Potential
Alessia’s journey began in Rome, where she started freediving at just 13. Since then, she has set multiple world and European records, including becoming the first woman to reach 100 meters in free immersion. She has also descended to 123 meters in constant weight with monofin, earning international recognition. Her inspiring story has been captured in the film Vertical Breath and the Netflix documentary The Deepest Breath. Beyond her achievements, Alessia is passionate about ocean conservation and sharing her knowledge about breath control and safety in diving.
